Alec focuses his practice on the defense of Idaho healthcare professionals and hospitals, the defense of skilled nursing facilities, and general civil litigation defense. He has litigated state and federal civil matters across Idaho and has argued before the Idaho Supreme Court on several occasions.

Alec was raised in Rapid City, South Dakota, and is a proud member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Montana State University and his law degree from University of Idaho College of Law. He has called the Treasure Valley his family’s home ever since. After law school, Alec served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Juneal Kerrick in the Third Judicial District. He is admitted to practice law in Idaho and South Dakota.

Alec is an avid tennis player, but mostly enjoys watching his daughters grow and perform in dance, vocal and theater.
