Chynna Tipton is an attorney at Quane Jones McColl, PLLC, who focuses her practice on insurance disputes, professional malpractice defense, and general civil litigation. Chynna graduated at the top of her class from Concordia University School of Law in 2015 and went on to become an associate attorney at a mid-size civil litigation firm where she gained valuable experience. Chynna has handled complex state and federal cases, mediations, arbitrations, and has argued before the Idaho Supreme Court.
Specifically, Chynna has handled several insurance suits involving automobile accidents, advertising injuries, construction defects, and professional malpractice. She has also been involved in several business litigation and employment disputes involving breach of contract or violations of the ADA, equal employment, and FMLA. Apart from litigation, Chynna has experience advising clients regarding compliance with various government regulations, including: FDA regulations; the Sunshine Act; ERISA requirements; Securities laws; HIPPA regulations; employee and independent contractor agreements; wage regulations; and Federal and State discrimination laws.
Chynna was born and raised in Poulsbo, Washington. Prior to becoming an attorney, Chynna was a senior intelligence analyst in the Idaho National Guard and served a year-long combat tour in Baghdad, Iraq. While in Iraq, she served as a lead intelligence analyst for senior dignitaries, including Admiral Mullen, Vice President Biden, and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
